Returns Policy
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with any goods that you purchase from
gegolf, any unused products can be returned to gegolf within 30
days for a full refund. With regard to products which have been
used, unfortunately no refund can be given. Refunds can only be
issued for custom orders if the product is faulty.
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with any goods you purchase from gegolf,
any unused products can be returned within 30 days for exchange
subject to product availability. As with full refunds, any exchange
for the original product can only occur if the product has not been
used.
Faulty Products
If any buyer wishes to make a claim under warranty, this is determined
by the length of manufacturer’s warranty which is supplied
with each individual product. Any warranty will be valid if the
product has become faulty and the fault occurred within the warranty
period. In the event that such a fault occurs, the buyer must notify
gegolf and return the product within 30 days of the defect being
discovered. Please note that gegolf will not be held liable for
any breach of warranty if the buyer uses, alters or repairs the
product in question after they have notified the company of the
fault in question.
Once the item has been received at the returns address below, will
inspect the product. We will then make a decision as to whether
the product should be repaired, replaced or returned to the buyer.
If the product is found to be faulty, any reasonable shipping costs
that the buyer has incurred will be refunded.
Incorrect Products Delivered
If you receive the incorrect goods from gegolf, please return the
goods to the address below and we will send the correct product.
We will also refund any reasonable shipping costs that you have
incurred when returning the incorrect product.
Returns Procedure
Faulty or unused clubs can be sent to the address below along with
a covering letter stating your name, address, contact details and
reference number. Please also indicate the reason for the return
and what action you would like us to take.
Please note that all returns should be posted using a sign for
service (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery) along with adequate insurance
for damage or loss in transit as gegolf will not accept responsibility
for any returned products before one of our employees have signed
for the item in question.
